Mina is 10 years old, and I adopted her 4 months ago from a
rescue organization, for which Sheila was a foster mommy.
Mina had suffered a head trauma and various ailments due to
the injury and from fear of leaving her crate, leading to a
loss of 30% of her body weight. When I first got her, there
was no way to even consider getting clothes on her,
despite the fact that she could really have used the added
warmth. She would just freak out. More recently, she let
me put a T-shirt on her. Sheila knows how I have always
wanted a little girl to put pink on, so when she saw
your coat, she knew Mina had to have it. Mina was
surprisingly accepting of her new coat, and even ate
and slept in it. She is 2 ¾ pounds, and is wearing the size 8.
